Privacy Policy
LatchLead is a software service for mortgage teams, operated by Ameti One LLC ("we," "us"). This policy covers this website, getlatchlead.com. If you have questions about anything here, email hello@getlatchlead.com.
What we collect on this site
Pilot and call requests. If you submit the request form, we collect what you type into it: your name, brokerage or team name, work email, mobile number (if provided), team size, plan interest, and a record of the consent you checked, including the consent text version and the time of submission. We also record your IP address briefly to prevent form abuse (rate limiting).
The demo. The SMS demo on our home page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into the demo is sent to us, stored, or shared. It is a simulation, and it behaves like one.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and discuss a pilot — the purpose you submitted it for.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run this site — currently Cloudflare (hosting, form storage, and email routing) and our business email provider — under their own security and privacy terms. The notification our team receives about your request contains only your reference number, plan interest, and submission time — not the details you typed into the form; those live only in the form record described below.
How long we keep it
Pilot and call request records are kept for 180 days and then deleted, unless you become a customer — in which case your information is handled under the privacy terms of our service agreement. Abuse-prevention rate-limit data is kept for 10 minutes.
Text messaging
If you ask us to contact you, we may call or text the number you provided about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts; opting out never affects a service you already have. We only message people who asked to be contacted.
Your choices
Email hello@getlatchlead.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of contact. We will respond within a reasonable time and always within what applicable law requires.
Children
This site is for mortgage professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and version number. Material changes to how request-form data is handled will be noted at the top of this page.
