These terms govern your use of getlatchlead.com, a website operated by Ameti One LLC ("we," "us") describing LatchLead, our speed-to-lead software service for mortgage teams. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
What LatchLead is — and is not
LatchLead is software that helps mortgage teams respond to their own inbound leads. Ameti One LLC is a software provider. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator, and nothing on this site is a loan offer, an advertisement of interest rates or credit terms, a pre-approval, or a determination that any person is eligible for any loan. Any lending services are provided by our customers, the mortgage teams who use the software, under their own licenses and obligations.
The conversation demo on this site is a simulation. It does not connect you to a live system, and nothing said in the demo is a commitment by us or by any mortgage team.
Pilot requests
Submitting a pilot or call request starts a conversation; it does not create an account, a subscription, or any obligation for either side. Pricing figures shown on this site are our current list prices and may change before any service agreement is signed. Service is provided only under a separate written agreement, which governs if it conflicts with anything on this site.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information through the request form, or submit it on behalf of someone without their permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Do not use the site or its content in violation of applicable law, including telemarketing and consumer-protection law.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and the LatchLead name and logo belong to Ameti One LLC or its licensors. You may link to and share pages of this site; you may not copy substantial portions for a competing service or imply endorsement that does not exist.
No warranties; liability
This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Figures on this site describing response-time targets describe design goals, not guaranteed performance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to direct damages not exceeding $100, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
